Refund Policy

We take great pride in offering premium-quality products and outstanding customer service. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange an item. This Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

 

Return Period

Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt.
Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

 

Condition of Returned Products

All returned items must be:

In their original condition
Unused and unopened
In the original packaging

Products that are damaged, altered, or not in a resalable condition will not be eligible for a return.
You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Reason for return
Images or video clearly showing the product and any issues

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases of a change of mind or exchange.
Perfume Trading Limited will cover the return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Provide photos or videos showing the issue and packaging.
3. Email us at aromique.co.uk@gmail.com with a brief description of the damage.

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for compensation.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product once your return is approved.

 

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been sent for picking and packing in our warehouse.
If the order has already been dispatched, please wait until it arrives, then request a return following the steps above.
Please note:

Return postage for cancelled orders is the customer’s responsibility.
No restocking fee applies.

 

Incorrect Item Received

We strive for accuracy in every order, but mistakes can occur.
If you receive the wrong product, you may:

Keep it and receive a partial refund, or
Request the correct item (we will provide a free return label).

Once we receive the returned item, we will either send the correct product or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
