Shipping Destinations

We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom and most European countries.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed before shipment to ensure accuracy and quality.

Standard processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
During busy periods or holidays, please allow for slight delays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

 

Transit Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday).

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

 

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use UPS, and Royal Mail for deliveries.
All orders are securely packaged and dispatched from our facility before being handled by the respective courier.

You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch so you can monitor your order’s progress.

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

 

Multiple Addresses

We do not offer delivery to multiple addresses within a single order.
If you would like items shipped to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, any additional shipping charges required to resend the parcel will be the customer’s responsibility.
